Social entrepreneur Felix Brooks-church believes good nutrition is a basic human right and has spent most of his adult life combating malnutrition. The extremely cost-effective business model developed by Brooks-church and his social enterprise, Sanku, ensures that it costs less than US$1 to fortify food for one person for an entire year.
