This is the hardest video I have ever had to make in 10 years on YouTube. One of us has to step up and own this disaster. I'm not hateful, I'm just reflective, and refuse a path of denial + the facade of positivity. Okay, I'm being dramatic, this apology is satirical. Or is it? Nah it is. Maybe it's not tho.
