Built for the long haul, the 2025 Convoy is a refined evolution of our original Western cut updated with thoughtful design tweaks and a new leather formula that softens the break-in curve without compromising character. Cut from a 1.5mm, full vegetable-tanned tea-core leather, the new Convoy uses a higher oil content than our original Hardline version. This results in a slightly softer hand feel out of the box, while still offering the same rich aging and high-contrast patina that tea-core is known for. In simple terms, it’s still firm and structured but won’t fight you quite as hard in the early weeks of wear. Up front, you’ll find custom solid zinc donut buttons with a double-prong design, paired with two western-style chest flap pockets featuring subtle tone-on-tone embroidery.
A widened upper chest seam creates a natural collar flare when worn open, giving you a soft lapel-style roll without compromising the Convoy’s rugged lines. Around back, the jacket is finished with a Western-scalloped rear yoke and a clean three-panel layout no pleats, no fuss—just clean structure with adjustable side buttons to cinch the waist as needed. Lined in 100% black cotton twill, the interior features two storage pockets: one open and one zippered. Every detail is built to last, break in, and evolve uniquely with you.
